OUr Covid-19 protocols

The health and safety of our clients is our main goal regardless of whether a pandemic is raging. However, we recognize the increased risks that COVID-19 presents and have put the following protocols into place for the safety of our clients, their families and our staff.

• All clients are pre-screened for illness before they are treated

• Masks and hand sanitizer are provided at the clinic entry and are required to be used by both clients and staff

• Time between appointments has been extended to allow for deep cleaning and sanitizing

• Blankets and cushions that cannot be cleaned after every client have been removed from the clinic

• Towels in the bathroom are replaced with clean sanitized ones after every client

• Clients are instructed to touch as few surfaces as possible

• Personal items are restricted to the treatment room

• Clients are asked to wait in their vehicle until their appointment time

• Clients are asked to pay with debit or credit card whenever possible

• Only the person being treated or an accompanying parent are allowed in the clinic

• As always touch free treatments are available

Although Love, Light and Healing is following all guidelines suggested by the Alberta government due to the nature of COVID-19, we cannot guarantee that you will not contract the virus as a result of visiting the clinic and receiving an in person treatment.  All clients receiving in person treatments will be asked to sign a waiver indicating they understand the risks and are willing to accept them. If you are concerned about contracting the virus, we suggest you book a distance healing treatment or online herbal consult.
