Welcome to Love, Light and Healing. We are a full service Natural Health Clinic in Calgary, Alberta offering herbal consultations, reiki treatments, reiki training, and support for recovery from narcissistic abuse, trauma and long term stress.

Our STAFF
BERNADETTE ANN, BPE, CRA-RP, RH
Bernadette is an Usui and Karuna Reiki Master and a registered herbalist. She is registered with both the Canadian Reiki Association and the Alberta Herbalists Association.
Bernadette has experienced emotional trauma and long term stress so she has a keen understanding of how they damage the body and soul both physically, spiritually and emotionally. She finds success for her clients by approaching treatment using a layered, multi disciplined approach aimed at restoring physical, spiritual and emotional balance..
She also lets her clients determine the direction and pace of their healing, providing them with skills and tools that allow them to take control of the process. However regardless of whether it is a customized herbal remedy or a reiki treatment, Bernadette infuses loving, healing energy into everything she does giving her clients a safe, welcoming space to heal and discover who they truly are.
In her spare time you can find her at the barn hanging with her horse, puttering in the garden or knitting up a storm.
TIFFANY
Tiffany only works in tandem with Bernadette. You can request that she join the session. If she determines that you could benefit from her unique energy, she will join you on the table. She does not participate unless she is asked to do so.
EDDIE
Eddie enjoys greeting guests but rarely practices reiki. He prefers to leave that to Tiffany. If however, he thinks you could benefit from his skills, he will circle under the table.
